This Privacy Policy describes how Long Lake Resort collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit our website or use our services. By confirming your reservation you acknowledge and accept our terms of contract. 

Terms of Contract:

  • I agree to rent a portion of the premises located at 4984 Main St. Hale, MI 48739. Commonly known as Long Lake Resort. I acknowledge and agree to vacate the premises after 10AM on the morning of the end of my reservation, and to leave it in the same condition as when I arrive. Additionally, I agree to be financially responsible for any damages and/or losses to said premises during the specified time: whether damages are intentional or accidental and whether caused by myself, my guest, or my pet. I understand and agree that the owner may immediately charge my credit card on file, far any damages and/or items missing from unit/premises. 50% is due at time of booking. Refunds will only be processed for cancellations 30 days prior to reservation.

  • Upon arrival, we will need a copy of your drivers license and credit card. The remaining balance is due prior to receiving the cabin key code.

  • Your credit card information is securely stored for the sole purpose of charging for damages to the cabins during your stay.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you.

Automatic Credit Card Charges:

For the convenience of our guests, credit cards on file may be automatically charged for damages to the cabins during the stay. No additional permissions will be sought for these charges.
