June through August there is a 3 night minimum stay.
During the first week of July there is a 1 week minimum stay.
September through March there is a 2 night minimum stay.

The person who books the cabin is responsible for all damages done on the property for themselves and all of their guests.
Pet owners are responsible for all damages done on the property during their stay. This includes any bodily harm to another guest.
The cabins can hold up to 4 adults. There is an 8 person maximum including children.
All water toys and outdoor amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis; for use at your own risk.
